Nordfoodovestest is a project by Chiara Caprettini, which aims to enhance the small great food and wine wonders, and which at the same time wants to lead through the cultural stories of well-known and lesser-known dishes. A blog, and also a forthcoming book, in which Carta Bianca is mentioned, chosen precisely to enhance the flavors of a recipe that brings us back to the fabulous land of Sicily, on the slopes of Etna.
